Selling fees

Quick overview

• We charge a 5% seller fee (capped at $50 per order).
• Stripe charges a separate payment processing fee (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction).
• Applicable taxes are collected from the buyer and shown at checkout or on bulk deals.

1. Platform seller fee

On every completed order (regular or bulk), we charge a 5% fee on the item subtotal, capped at $50 per order.

2. Payment processing (Stripe)

All payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe charges a separate fee on each transaction, typically 2.9% + $0.30 of the total amount charged.

We surface these fees in your payout breakdown so you can see:

• Gross amount paid by the buyer
• Platform seller fee (5%, capped at $50)
• Stripe processing fee
• Net amount to you

3. Taxes

When required, sales tax is calculated based on the buyer’s billing and shipping details. This tax is charged to the buyer and passed through to the appropriate tax authorities.

• Tax is not part of your seller fee.
• You'll see tax amounts broken out on the buyer's order and your deal/sale view.
